Let me introduce myself: my name is Oksana. I am the owner of this website, or rather, its chief inspirer, editor and photographer. I am impressed by old recipes and as for me it is not difficult to prepare even popular mayonnaise and ketchup. However, I still facilitate a work in the kitchen using different kitchen equipment: my grandmother beat egg whites by hands, I do it with an electric mixer and it takes me much less time; I simply measure the temperature inside the piece of meat or fish with a special kitchen thermometer. My husband and two sons really respect the Ukrainian national cuisine, but they also enjoy of worlwide dishes like Swedish baked potatoes, Mexican tacos, Italian pizza and of course marzipan. Also I love photography and I had an experience as the editor in one of the most popular in Ukraine recipe magazines.
